We understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to order cancellations:
Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally not possible. Customers may instead refer to our Return and Exchange Policy if applicable.
Cash on Delivery Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.
Wholesale Orders
Bulk or custom-manufactured B2B orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
